A ubiquitous breakfast or tea time snack from Southern India - Aloo Bonda is a spiced potato mixture that’s battered and deep fried. My version here has a delectable potato filling spiced with mustard, cumin, tamarind, chile peppers, herbs and encased in a dainty rose shaped soft turmeric milk bread roll. It’s delish on its own but with a side of curry leaf slaw , it’s the ultimate savory treat experience to share with friends and family!
