Umami From Scratch is fully vegetarian and nut free. Most items already include the variants, so make sure to explore the drop down properly. If you’re looking for vegan, dairy free, or gluten free versions of specific items, please email contact@umamifromscratch.com .
That being said, if you have celiac disease or strong allergies/intolerance for dairy or gluten, we highly recommend to avoid as there’s a high probability of cross contamination.
