Inspired by the essence of springtime and the flavors reminiscent of an ubiquitous after dinner treat served in India called “Mukhwas” which translates to “Mouth/breath Refresher” and comprises candied fennel and coriander seeds, rose petals, citrus peel. These have fresh dill, lime zest and anise seeds with a touch of rose. The crunchy glaze is the best part :)
