Pillowy soft and mildly sweet with a slight chew - this is my absolute favorite thing in whole wide world! I use it for plain buttered toast, sandwiches, tartines or eat them as is. They will quickly become your go to loaf for everything.

*Note: can be made into a Pullman Style loaf (i.e. square with no dome)
